Job description

Position Title: Packer
Job Summary:
A Packer is responsible for preparing products for shipment by inspecting, sorting, labeling, and packaging items according to company standards. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Pack products accurately and efficiently according to specifications.

  • Inspect items for quality and report any defects or damages.

  • Label, seal, and prepare packages for shipping.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow safety procedures and company policies.

  • Meet daily production and packing goals.

  • Assist with inventory counts and material handling as needed.

  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse, production, or packing experience preferred.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. as required.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

  • Repetitive hand and arm movements.

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move products throughout the shift.

Schedule: 1st Shift 7:00PM – 7:00AM
12-hour shifts 3 days on, 4 days off Rotating schedule


Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
