Job summary

This is a full-time, regular position that supports the Rock Springs branch operations. Responsibilities include receiving and stocking warehouse inventory, packing orders, and providing front counter customer assistance. The role may also involve making deliveries and performing other duties as assigned by the Branch Customer Service Lead. The ideal candidate will uphold company policies and core values while demonstrating strong customer service skills and effective communication.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery vehicle is safe, well-maintained, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Assist walk-in customers as directed by the supervisor, including taking and delivering orders and providing general customer support.
  • Receive incoming deliveries by unloading trucks, verifying merchandise, and matching incoming items to purchase or sales orders.
  • Organize inventory by sorting and placing items on racks, shelves, or in bins based on size, type, style, color, or product code.
  • Review customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, or requisitions to determine items for movement, distribution, or shipment.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock, placing them on pallets, shelves, or in designated staging or shipping areas.
  • Label orders accurately using the appropriate method to ensure correct identification and delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and ensuring the work area is safe and orderly at all times.
  • Operate a delivery vehicle to transport products to customers, following delivery instructions and company procedures.
