Is being a packer job hard?

Being a packer is generally considered a physically demanding job that involves repetitive tasks such as packing, sorting, and labeling products. It often requires attention to detail, good stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Packer, and why are they important?
