Packer Helpers often encounter challenges such as working in fast-paced environments, repetitive movements, and the need to maintain accuracy under time constraints. Adapting to varying product sizes and packaging requirements can also be demanding. Successfully managing these challenges requires attention to detail, good communication with team members, and following established safety procedures to prevent injuries.
