Job Title: 2nd Shift Packager/Saw
Location: South Bend, IN
Position Type: Temporary/Hire
Hours: 2nd shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd Shift Packager/Saw Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal sawing, metals processing, or packaging. This role offers temp-to-hire potential based on performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate metal saw equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Cut, shape, and finish metal materials.
  • Package finished metal products securely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and meet production goals.
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to train on 1st shift for two weeks.
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in metal sawing, metals processing, or packaging required.
  • Tape measure and computer experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
