Job Description & Skill Requirement:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support medical device production. You will work with Quality and Product teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

  • Support projects with change/risk analysis and readiness.
  • Conduct time studies and improve assembly line efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot safety, quality, and delivery issues.
  • Perform process/equipment validation and documentation.
  • Design tooling/fixtures and train operators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years in manufacturing engineering (medical device/pharma preferred).
  • Experience with process improvement, validation, and tooling design.
