The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of building envelope construction projects across New Jersey and NYC, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This role requires strong coordination with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to successfully deliver complex exterior systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings. Client Details Our client is a reputable general contractor specializing in building envelope systems, serving the NJ and NYC markets. They focus on high-quality exterior solutions including architectural wall panels, roofing systems, masonry, waterproofing, and green roofing, with a strong portfolio across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.
