Job description

We are a family owned and operated grain-pulse facility looking for warehouse team members with great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced team environment and/or independently. Our facility manufactures the products we sell on Amazon, Walmart, and our own website.
Position: 40 Hours per week M-F 8:00-4:00
Compensation: $17.13/hr.
Benefits: Medical, Dental and Vision coverage is available for full-time employees within 60-90 days of hire or during open enrollment in October. Sick leave accruals are based on hours worked and are available after 90 days. Life Flight is available during open enrollment month, August of each year. Enrollment into the 401K Retirement Plan is available for employees the January and July following the completion of one (1) full Year of Eligibility Service, during which they complete 1,000 hours of work and are at least 21 years of age.
Daily Job Duties/Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
Operate processing and/or packaging machinery, follow qualify control measures for all product(s), sew product bags shut, build boxes, label bags organizing, accurate labeling of product(s), shipping & receiving, complete all documentation/paperwork before end of shift each day and other duties as assigned.
Candidates should have:
- Warehouse experience preferred or be trainable
- Experience in a fast paced production environment preferred or be trainable.
- Forklift Certificate or be trainable.
- Possess good organizational skills.
- Be detail oriented.
- Must work efficiently.
- Self-Discipline: Able to follow directions, receive input and, be a self-starter.
- Use good and clear communication skills between team members and management.
- Be able to adapt to changing workloads.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualification:
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
