On-Call Production & Packaging Associate – Ogden, UT


Make your own schedule with Nexeo HR! We are hiring reliable, on-call Production and Packaging Associates to support a local food manufacturing partner in Ogden, UT. This facility specializes in oat-based food products and operates in both cold and warm environments. This flexible role is ideal for individuals looking for short-term work that fits their lifestyle, with most shifts requested same-day or on short notice.


Responsibilities

• Hand stack, pack, and assemble food products efficiently and safely

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift

• Work in varying temperatures, including cold and warm environments

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures

• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors

• Arrive on time and be ready to work when called


Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must pass a drug test and background check

• Reliable transportation required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

• Comfortable working in cold and warm environments

• Flexible availability with short notice
