Responsibilities:

  • Product Packaging: Accurately pack finished goods into clamshell containers following strict quality, presentation, and weight standards.
  • Line & Equipment Operation: Operate both manual and automated packaging lines, including auto-tray clamshell loaders.
  • Conveyor Pace Execution: Work efficiently along moving conveyor belts to achieve production targets of 4???5 clamshells per minute.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections of products and packaging materials; notify the Packing Lead immediately of any defects or anomalies.
  • Workstation Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation throughout your shift in compliance with safety standard operating procedures.
  • Ergonomic Rotation: Rotate across distinct workstations as scheduled to prevent repetitive fatigue and support team safety.


Working hours:

  • Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM ($17.75/hr)
  • Swing Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM ($18.25/hr)
  • Grave Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM ($18.75/hr)

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or food production environment.
  • Hands-on experience operating or supporting automated packaging equipment.
  • Familiarity with basic food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality control procedures.
