Job description

Shift: 5:30 AM-2:00 PM Hourly Rate: $23.00 an hour

Reporting to the production team leader, you will support packaging operations by rotating across multiple production line positions, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring safe, quality food production in a manufacturing environment. You will gain hands-on experience across packaging and production processes while learning cleaning, sanitation, and safety practices, making this role a strong entry point into manufacturing operations.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Perform line checks and monitor automated and operated packaging lines to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Rotate through four to five different packaging and production positions approximately every thirty minutes
  • Package finished products according to production and quality standards
  • Support production activities, including sanitation and cleaning of equipment and freezers
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety requirements at all times
  • Use pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods as needed
  • Work with approved chemicals for cleaning and sanitation after completing required training
  • Wear and follow all Personal Protective Equipment requirements

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • One year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or largeโ€‘scale distribution environments such as Amazon
  • Experience working in fastโ€‘paced production or packaging settings
  • Willingness to learn multiple roles and rotate throughout the shift
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Physical Requirements
