Hours & Schedule

  • Shift:
    • 8:30PM - 7:30AM

Pay Range

Pay Starting at $26.54/hour 

Pay Premiums: 

  • $3.00 per hour for night shift hours (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • $2.25 per hour for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Earn up to $1,500 in bonus pay during your first year!

Job Summary

The Packaging Technician is responsible for operating, setting up, monitoring, and maintaining conversion and packaging line equipment to ensure efficient production that meets company specifications and production demands. Performs in-process quality checks, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and sanitation activities while ensuring compliance with all safety, food safety, quality, SQF, GMP, and USDA requirements. Serves as a technical resource and trainer for associates, supporting skill development, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement. Maintains accurate documentation and regulatory records, contributes to process optimization initiatives, and follows all company policies and government regulations while providing operational support and backup as needed.

What you need to be considered for the role:

  • High School or GED preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience and/or training required. Prior experience working with similar food manufacturing equipment desirable.

Physical Demands and Work Conditions:

This role requires the ability to regularly lift and move objects weighing between 20–50 lbs, as well as frequent walking, standing, bending, climbing, and exposure to vibration. The work environment may involve exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), high humidity, and loud machinery.
