Your role and responsibilities
As an Associate Package Specialist at IBM, you'll help organizations operate, support, and continuously improve enterprise applications that enable critical business processes. As part of our Workday Enterprise Application Operations practice, you will learn more about:
Workday Enterprise Application Operations - focused on supporting enterprise software platforms such as Workday through application support, configuration, managed services, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
No two projects are exactly alike-you could support clients across industries including healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, government, and more. Work side-by-side with experienced consultants, enterprise application specialists, and technology professionals to solve real-world business challenges. We're not looking for experts-we hire for potential, curiosity, and a passion for learning. You'll gain exposure to how enterprise platforms such as Workday support critical business processes across areas including human resources, workforce management, talent management, finance, and other enterprise operations, while learning how technology enables and improves these business processes.
