Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to read and follow workplace safety procedures, production instructions, and supervisor direction.

Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehouse, or general labor roles is preferred but not required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment is a plus.

Physical Capabilities
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

  • Loads exceeding 50 pounds will be moved by authorized forklift operators.
Job Duties
  • Assist production supervisors and team leads in daily manufacturing operations.
  • Support mixing operations by retrieving and staging seasoning bags for large-scale batch production.
  • Assist mixers with ingredient preparation and production workflow.
  • Work on the packaging line by removing finished products from the conveyor, packing products into boxes, and stacking boxes onto pallets for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all food safety, quality control, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
