We're looking for a strong operational leader to join our team in Cary, NC. If you're passionate about leading teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality production, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Cary, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite (Shift-based)

What You'll Do
  • Lead packaging operations for the entire shift to ensure production goals are met
  • Plan staffing, assign work, and coordinate daily production activities
  • Monitor workflow, quality, and performance to maintain operational standards
  • Troubleshoot production issues and escalate as needed to minimize downtime
  • Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance
  • Maintain accurate production records and communicate shift updates

What You'll Bring
