Job description


React Native Mobile Developer


We're partnered with an established fintech company in the Dallas area that's backed by a multi-billion-dollar parent organization. They're looking to add an experienced React Native Mobile Developer to their engineering team as they continue expanding their mobile platform.


This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll be involved in building and enhancing cross-platform mobile applications used by enterprise customers. You'll work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other cross-functional teams to develop new functionality, improve existing features, and deliver reliable mobile applications for both iOS and Android.


The ideal candidate has experience building production mobile applications with React Native and is comfortable owning features from design through deployment. You'll be writing clean, maintainable code, integrating with backend APIs, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and helping improve overall application performance and stability.


Technical experience they're looking for includes:


* 5+ years of professional mobile development experience


* Strong commercial experience with React Native


* React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript


* Building and deploying applications for both iOS and Android


* Experience integrating REST APIs and backend services


* Understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, debugging, and testing


* Experience working in Agile environments using Git and modern development workflows


Experience with fintech, enterprise SaaS products, Bluetooth, NFC, connected devices, or mobile security is considered a plus but isn't required.


Additional Information


Location: Carrollton, TX (office relocating to Irving later this year)


Compensation: Approximately $120K base salary


This role is best suited for someone who enjoys building customer-facing mobile applications, collaborating with a small engineering team, and working on products that solve real-world business problems.
