At Cancelled Breaks, we provide comprehensive training to ensure our streamers are set up for success.

Training includes:

- Live Streaming Basics: Guidance on using streaming platform including setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.

- Product Knowledge: In-depth training on sports cards and the industry to help you confidently engage with the audience and sell products.

- Customer Engagement: Techniques to interact with viewers, build community relationships, and handle common customer questions or concerns.

- Sales Strategies: Tips and techniques for promoting products, upselling, and increasing overall sales during streams.

- Company Policies: Overview of Cancelled Breaks' brand values, guidelines, and expectations for professionalism and consistency.

Responsibilities

- Engage with viewers, answer questions, and create a fun, interactive atmosphere.

- Fill in for breaks and absences for streamers

- Multi-tasking & monitoring chat and communicate effectively with the audience to build relationships and a loyal community.

- Effectively promote products and sell products during live streams, upsell items, and drive customer engagement to increase sales.

- Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a passion for engaging with others.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability.

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.


Schedule and Pay:

  • Pay $20/hr after training (training paid at $16/hr for approx 2 weeks)
  • 3-4 days per week
