About the Role
We are seeking a dependable Pack-Out Technician to assist with the removal, inventory, protection, transport, and return of personal contents from residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
This is a hands-on, physical position that plays a critical role in helping customers protect their belongings during the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Carefully pack, label, inventory, and document customer contents
  • Load and unload contents for transport to and from secure storage
  • Wrap, protect, and stage furniture and personal items on-site
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and photos
  • Work closely with mitigation and restoration crews
  • Keep vehicles, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
  • Interact professionally and compassionately with customers during stressful situations

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Comfortable working in damaged or construction-type environments
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Ability to follow procedures and document work accurately
  • Background check required

Preferred (but not required)
  • Experience in contents handling, moving, restoration, or warehouse work. This is an entry-level position so no experience is required as we will provide the training necessary to succeed.
