Role Summary
The Contents Lead Packout Technician leads pack-out and pack-back crews, ensuring contents are inventoried, packed, labeled, and transported according to company standards.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pack-out and pack-back crews on job sites
  • Perform detailed contents inventory and photo documentation
  • Ensure proper packing, labeling, and protection of contents
  • Maintain job site organization and cleanliness
  • Train and guide junior technicians
  • Communicate job progress and issues to management
Qualifications

  • 2+ years of contents pack-out experience
