Job description

1st Shift Opening – 8am – 4pm!

Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)

Starting rate $14.00 per hour

The Pack Out/Assembly Associate is responsible for assembling, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with company standards. This role requires attention to detail, proper use of hand tools and other industrial equipment, and the ability to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.


Summary of Duties

  • Follow detailed work instructions to assemble and package products accurately.
  • Operate hand tools and other industrial equipment safely and effectively.
  • Box, palletize, and prepare parts/products with required instructions, labels, and decals.
  • Verify counts and maintain accuracy during production cycles.
  • Identify components, parts/products in accordance with work instructions.
  • Identify non-conforming parts/products and notify supervisors as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and surrounding production area.

Work Environment

This position is performed on the production floor in a manufacturing setting, which may include exposure to:

  • Extreme heat.
  • Moderate to loud noise levels (with proper PPE provided).
  • Industrial equipment such as motors, grinders, compressors, CNC machines, and other production machinery.

Physical Demands

  • Standing and walking for long periods of time.
  • Frequent pushing, pulling, grasping, bending, overhead reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Occasional climbing, stooping, and crouching.
  • Lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Ability to use small hand and power tools

  • Ability to follow work instructions following quality specifications.
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to teamwork required.
