• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients recovering from various conditions related to injuries, surgeries, or chronic ailments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating diverse methods such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities, tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Document and track patients' treatment progress, responses, and outcomes meticulously to ensure transparency and continuity of care.
• Reassess and adapt treatment plans as necessary, setting new therapeutic goals that promote optimal recovery.
• Advise and assist in fitting patients with appropriate assistive devices for mobility and self-care, facilitating the best possible functional outcomes.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic procedures, helpful techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, reading current literature, and participating in professional organizations to maintain up-to-date knowledge in physical therapy practices.

• Bachelor's Degree with a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
