IN-Event Manager
Pay: $52,000.00 Salaried
Hybrid 80 % Field / 20% Office
Eclipse strives to serve our clients while protecting their assets. We hire, train, and deploy high-caliber staff which includes security, guest services, janitorial and more. Notable clients include the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Indiana Pacers, Indiana Convention Center, and the Indiana State Fair. Eclipse is a major branch within Public Safety working alongside law enforcement, Homeland Security, local EMS and Fire.
We don’t just fill positions, but we elevate the entire event experience and we’re growing our internal management.
Responsibilities:
  1. Making sure events are fully staffed and started on time
  2. Making sure all staff Is in proper uniforms
  3. Communicating with both the office and clients
  4. Passing out/ collecting equipment radios, polos, etc.)
  5. Making sure the guards are in/ and stay in the correct positions
  6. Making sure all employees are clocking in for the event in the correct department
  7. Quality checks on the guards, reporting back all findings to upper management.
Qualifiacations:
  1. Reliably transportation
  2. Work nights and weekends
  3. Communication skills
  4. Dependable with a good work history
  5. Felony free and able to pass background check
