Description:

The Lubin School of Business at Pace University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Business Analytics and General Management. The start date for this position is September 1, 2027.

The successful candidate will teach courses in the Department of Management and Management Science, conduct research leading to publication in peer-reviewed journals, and perform service supporting students and various levels of the University. While based in the New York City campus, the faculty should be willing to teach on the Pleasantville campus or online as needed. Exceptional candidates would be able to demonstrate prior experience developing and teaching courses and leading research projects to publication. Moreover, successful candidates will also have a student-centric mindset and an established record of teaching with strong evaluations. Lastly, successful candidates need to be service-oriented-a willing and able team player who genuinely cares for the needs of her/his Department, School, and University.

Applications should include a cover letter, a complete CV, and three reference letters. They are encouraged to include sample teaching evaluations and, if available, a recent publication or white paper in PDF format. The position is open until filled, and applications received by October 1, 2026, are guaranteed consideration. Please note that this position is contingent on budget approval.
