Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to support Saint-Gobain's corporate office in Malvern, PA coordinating mailroom, EVS, and maintenance operations while serving as the friendly, go-to liaison for departments and client staff.

About the job

In this hands-on facilities role, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring building operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. From coordinating maintenance and janitorial services to managing space planning and security protocols, you’ll play a key role in creating a functional, welcoming environment for all occupants.


The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour - $36.54 per hour

What you’ll bring 

  • Proven experience in facilities management or coordination, with a strong grasp of day-to-day building operations.
  • Working knowledge of maintenance, janitorial, security, and mailroom services, with the skillset to manage vendors and service contracts.
  • Experience in space planning and optimizing physical layouts to improve functionality and workplace flow.
  • A proactive approach to safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with building and environmental standards.
  • Organizational and communication skills, with the skillset to collaborate effectively across teams and respond quickly to operational needs.


Requirements

  • Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, High School/GED or equivalent experience
  • Management Experience: 0-3 years
  • Related Experience: 0-3 years
