One common challenge is ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members to provide cohesive patient care. Additionally, balancing patient expectations with realistic outcomes, especially for those with complex or chronic conditions, can be difficult. Navigating insurance limitations and advocating for necessary rehabilitation services also frequently arises in this role.
