Location: San Antonio, FL

Steadfast Contractors Alliance is growing, and weโ€™re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fertilizer amp; Pest Control Technician to join our landscape maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, understands plant health, and takes pride in keeping properties green, healthy, and pest-free.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides safely and accurately

  • Diagnose and treat turf, tree, and shrub issues

  • Maintain detailed records of treatments and product usage

  • Monitor property conditions and report any concerns to supervisors

  • Operate and maintain application equipment

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

  • Experience in fertilizer and/or pest control application (landscape or agriculture)
