Full Time
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Lead Business Process Analyst to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of business software solutions, with a strong focus on SAP systems and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. This individual will play a critical role in aligning IT systems with business objectives, working as a bridge between business users and technical teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
This position requires deep SAP configuration experience, particularly within P2P, and a strong ability to both lead complex projects and actively contribute to solution design alongside ABAP developers and IT team members. The role also includes mentoring and guiding junior analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development, configuration, and enhancement of SAP and other ERP systems to support business operations.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business users and IT, ensuring clear communication of requirements and solutions.
  • Manage large and complex project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and communication plans.
  • Drive continuous improvement by understanding and analyzing end-to-end business processes, especially within the procurement function.
  • Lead solution design sessions, create detailed functional specifications, and support ABAP development teams during technical implementation.
  • Design, configure, test, and manage change management for system updates and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with other business process teams to deliver integrated business solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Business Process Analysts.
  • Ensure compliance with JM's established development standards and best practices.
  • Travel moderately (11-29 days/year), as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP (or other ERP) technical/configuration experience.
  • 7+ years of experience supporting the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function in manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Deep configuration expertise in SAP modules supporting procurement and purchasing functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional IT projects from design to implementation.
  • Experience working closely with ABAP developers and participating in technical design.
  • Strong business acumen, especially in procurement and process manufacturing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, internal resources, and external vendors.
  • Strong communication skills-verbal, written, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Preferred/Additional Skills:
  • Exposure to SAP Ariba and Aravo tools.
  • Experience working in a process manufacturing environment.
  • Functional understanding of Adobe forms and integration in SAP projects.
