Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support and enhance our global S/4 implementation. The role operates within a cross-functional S4 project team structured under a "three-in-a-box" model (Global Process Lead, BSA, and Workstream Lead) and is responsible for SAP P2P configuration, testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and support SAP S/4HANA P2P processes including sourcing (direct & indirect), contracts, purchase requisitions, invoicing, and order management
  • Provide post-go-live and future wave support, ensuring system stability and issue resolution
  • Execute and document SAP unit, integration, and regression testing
  • Develop test scripts, test scenarios, and functional documentation
  • Deliver effective SAP end-user training
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders using strong communication skills

Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of hands-on SAP Procure-to-Pay configuration experience
  • Strong SAP S/4HANA testing, documentation, and user training experience
  • Experience with SAP Flexible Workflows or SAP Build Process Automation
  • Experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management
  • Strong understanding of SAP Finance integration and master data
  • Minimum of two full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
