Job Summary

Responsible for talent acquisition activities to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with organizational goals. Provides working knowledge in full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and market intelligence to support business growth. Ensures compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and industry best practices while delivering positive candidate experience. Coordinates with hiring managers, HR partners, and external networks to build strong talent pipelines and strengthen the organization's employer brand.


Essential Functions

Manages full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

Partners with hiring managers to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria.

Utilizes applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics to track progress and improve outcomes.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinates candidate communications to provide positive and engaging recruitment experience.

Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, career events, and partnerships.

Collaborates with HR and business leaders to align recruiting efforts with workforce planning needs.

Prepare recruiting reports and metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Performs other duties as assigned.


Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field


Experience Requirement: 2+ years of experience

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. All experience must be paid and in the same related field. Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week. Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.


Certifications & Licensures: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification preferred
