Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Supervisor at our dining unit located in Atlanta, Georgia at the UPS Smarthub. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Supervisor's Responsibilities:
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of food service employees during the morning shift.
  • Ensuring that all food service areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation.
  • Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Prepare and supervise the production of food and beverage items.
