Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Part-Time
Pristine Smiles | Knoxville, TN
Pay: $39-$43 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
No evenings. No weekends.
Pristine Smiles is seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our private practice. We believe exceptional dentistry starts with exceptional patient care, and we provide our hygienists with the time, technology, and support they need to deliver it.

Our Practice
  • Eaglesoft practice management software
  • Digital radiography
  • 60-minute adult recare appointments
  • 90-minute new patient appointments
  • 90-minute SRP appointments
  • Ozone and laser therapy for periodontal treatment
  • Comprehensive, patient-centered approach to care
Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and review medical histories.
  • Provide preventive and periodontal therapy, including scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, sealants, laser therapy, and ozone therapy (training available if needed).
  • Take digital dental radiographs (X-rays).
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Eaglesoft.
  • Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide an exceptional patient experience.
  • Follow OSHA and infection control protocols.
Qualifications
  • Current Tennessee Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred and new grads welcome
  • Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Friendly, compassionate, and dependable
  • Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care
