Candid Smiles Dentistry is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our modern private dental practice in Houston, TX.
We are a privately owned, patient-focused office with a strong team culture, advanced technology, and a calm, well-organized clinical environment. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who values quality patient care, long-term relationships, and working closely with a supportive doctor and team.
Compensation & Schedule:ย 
  • $49โ€“$52 per hour.
  • Monthly production bonus opportunity.
  • Full-time schedule.
  • Mondayโ€“Thursday + Friday half-day.

  • Partner closely with the doctor on diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Help maintain an efficient, on-time hygiene schedule.

Qualifications:
Required:ย 
  • Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience.
  • Strong periodontal and radiographic skills.
  • Comfortable with patient education and treatment discussions.
  • Experience using dental software systems.

Preferred:ย 
  • Texas Local Anesthesia Permit.
  • Experience with CBCT, digital scanners, laser therapy, or ozone adjuncts.
  • Interest in a modern, holistic-leaning clinical approach.
