The company produces Total Zone Ozone Generators and Titan Hydroxyl Generators relied upon by professionals in the restoration industry. With an established network of dealerships, International Ozone provides reliable equipment and support to its partners. Team members contribute to building high-quality products that help customers address challenging environmental and restoration needs.

Role Description The Manufacturing Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Delray Beach, FL. This is an entry level position. This role involves assembling, testing, and troubleshooting ozone and hydroxyl generators according to established manufacturing processes and quality standards. Daily tasks include working in clean and organized production areas, following technical documentation and work instructions, performing routine inspections, and maintaining accurate production records. The technician collaborates with supervisors and team members to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure products meet safety and performance requirements. The role may also include basic equipment maintenance and participation in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in controlled or clean room environments and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, including assembly, testing, and use of hand tools and production equipment.
  • Quality control skills, including inspecting components, identifying defects, and documenting results.
  • Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical or electrical issues in manufactured products.
