Sullivan & Galleshaw, LLP is a dynamic and growing plaintiff’s personal injury law firm located in Ozone Park, NY. We are seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to support our attorneys and help move cases efficiently from intake through resolution in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working on personal injury matters. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing case files from intake through trial preparation
  • Drafting legal documents, including summonses, complaints, bills of particulars, and discovery responses
  • Obtaining and organizing medical records, accident reports, and other critical case documents
  • Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
  • Preparing deposition, mediation, and trial materials
  • Managing court calendars, filing deadlines, and case status updates
  • Answering phones and assisting with new potential client calls/intakes as needed
