Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH), located in Southwest City, MO has an opening for a Float Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within our Southwest City Clinic. Our Mission: Ozarks Community Hospital and clinics are dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare and preventive services to all patients in an atmosphere of compassion, respect, and dignity, with a commitment to care for the underserved and to improve access to care. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Clinical therapist is responsible to provide comprehensive mental health services to individuals and their families experiencing mental health and addiction issues, with blended medical and psychosocial crises precipitated by their illness, medical procedures, or subsequent developments, through intensive outpatient services. A caring, friendly, personal and professional approach is expected in communicating with patients, families, visitors, and other employees. The incumbent will provide a variety of services including group work, supportive therapy, discharge planning, casework services and others to patients and their families. The number and type of patients serviced will depend on the patient needs and OCH guidelines.Benefits include: Eligibility for health, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) plan; life insurance; short-term disability; flexible spending accounts; and many other elective benefits subject to plan terms. Paid time off (PTO) earned on an accrual basis starting first day of employment, up to 3.5 weeks per year based on a 40-hour work week. Company-paid holidays. Requirements: Master's degree in Social Work from a C.S.W.E. accredited school.Active LCSW Licensure within the state of practicing.Three years previous experience in psychiatric/medical social work preferred.Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
