Looking for a truly relationship minded construction manager that enjoys working for a successful general contractor and truly wants to become a partner and owner in the business. This is one of those rare opportunities that offers the right Project Manager potential ownership in the company. This company is currently small and looking to grow. They are unique in that they are connected to a very successful Palm Beach county developer, which gives them a solid financial backing.

They have been in business 4+ years, and operate in multiple sectors including restaurant, retail and high-end residential.

Due to growth, they are looking to add a Project Manager to join the company.

Below are the requirements for this role:
  • 4+ years in the commercial construction industry
  • College degree in construction or related field preferred
  • A team builder and team player
  • Experience with projects in the $500k-$5M range
