Step into a dynamic Project Manager role, acting as an Owner's Representative across a diverse mix of construction projects. You'll lead across multiple sectors, gaining broad exposure while driving projects from initial concept through completion. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes, the business partners closely with clients to provide strategic oversight and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Despite its small size, the firm delivers complex projects across a wide range of industries. Close-knit, high-performing team with senior-level involvement Diverse project portfolio across multiple industries Strong focus on client advocacy and project leadership Opportunity to work on both interior fit-outs and base building projects Description Act as the primary Owner's Representative across multiple projects Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets from start to finish Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Lead procurement processes, including RFPs/RFQs and contract negotiations Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders Facilitate project meetings and ensure alignment across teams Maintain full project documentation and reportingReview and approve invoices, change orders, and financial tracking Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships Support business development and project pursuits Profile 5+ years of experience in construction project management or related field Background in owner's representation, general contracting, or development Strong understanding of full project lifecycle (design, build, closeout) Experience working across multiple sectors (generalist mindset required) Ability to interpret drawings and manage technical documentation Excellent communication skills with client-facing experience Highly organized with strong problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with project tools preferred Relevant degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or similar PMP/CCM (or willingness to work toward certification) preferred Job Offer Competitive base salary up to 140K + annual performance bonus 18+ days PTO + 12 paid holidays 100% employer-paid premium medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Travel and cell phone reimbursement Paid professional development and certifications Hybrid work structure (WFH Friday) Exposure to a broad variety of project types and sectors Interested?
