Role:Product Owner
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid) - 1 or 2 days office in a week
12 Months Contract
  • Strong understanding of Insurance Domain (preferably Auto Insurance)
  • Product development involving - Full Stack development, Salesforce integration, AWS cloud
  • Excellent communication skills

Role:
The Product Manager will be responsible for working across multiple products to build net new features, improve the quality of existing features, and deliver key insights to the business. Our customer's products help insurance carriers, agencies and MGAs with distribution management. With modern applications, APIs, customizable workflows and automations to power onboarding, licensing, contracting and appointing, our customer puts the right products in the right hands at the right time, compliantly, managed through a single pane of glass.
Working closely with the product, engineering, and design teams, this role will work with leaders across the organization to understand our customers, competitors, and the market to effectively deliver features that fulfill our mission in the insurance industry.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development of features across multiple products within the Platform, working closely with cross-functional team members
  • Use your deep understanding of our user personas to build an intuitive and stable user experience that addresses key customer needs and values
  • Work closely with the Group Product Manager on product strategy and help expertly represent that strategy transparently and consistently throughout the organization
  • Be obsessed with measurement and continuous improvement for both business and customer value delivered
  • Work with engineering, design, QA and domain experts to align on the most resilient and timely form and delivery of the feature roadmap
  • Serve as a product evangelist both internally and externally
  • Own vendor engagement for product delivery, including scope definition, backlog prioritization, dependency management, and performance tracking of vendor teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of vendor work into the overall product roadmap.

Your experience:
  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience in bringing products from "1 to 2" and go to market experience in a B2B environment serving enterprise customers
  • A strong track record of problem solving and a "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Experience building API-first products is a plus
  • Experience building on AWS or Salesforce is a plus
  • High growth startup experience is a plus
