Job description

Position: Mechanical Infrastructure Support (Onsite)

Location: Windsor Locks, CT

Security Clearance: None required.

What You Will Do
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
  • Document existing mechanical infrastructure (Chilled Water, Tower Water, Steam, Compressed Air, etc.).
  • Support in‑house personnel as needed.
  • Work closely with other disciplines (electrical, structural, etc.) to coordinate new equipment installations.
  • Support bi‑annual site shutdown project coordination.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field.
  • Relevant engineering experience.
  • Experience in CAD (AutoCAD preferred).
  • Experience working with chilled water systems and/or steam systems.
  • Experience with creating P&ID, mechanical system layouts, and piping diagrams.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
