Scheduling AssistantLocation: All Regions - NC/SCPosition Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Assistant to join our team across all regions in North Carolina and South Carolina. The Scheduling Assistant will support the scheduling department by coordinating appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring efficient communication between clients, staff, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules for multiple teams and departments.
  • Communicate with clients and staff to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain and update scheduling databases and calendars accurately.
  • Assist in preparing reports related to scheduling activities and resource allocation.
  • Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate scheduling operations.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment
