Job description

1. Overseas Warehouse Full-cycle HR Management (Los Angeles)

Responsible for end-to-end human resource operations for the Los Angeles overseas warehouse, including recruitment, interviewing, background verification, and onboarding of full-time and temporary local warehouse staff. Successfully sourced and filled positions covering warehouse managers, supervisors, operators, and sorting personnel.

2. Labor Compliance & Payroll Administration (California)

Fully familiar with California labor laws. Managed staff attendance, working hour auditing, piece-rate wages, and overtime compensation settlement. Standardized night-shift and peak-season temporary staffing schedules to effectively mitigate local labor compliance risks.

3. Employee Relations & Retention Management

Handled full-cycle employee relations, including daily communication and conflict mediation with local Hispanic and Latino employees. Managed work injury incidents, labor disputes, complaints, and arbitration responses. Conducted workplace safety training and employee care programs to reduce turnover rate.

4. Benefit Administration & Offboarding

Managed warehouse qualification documents, business insurance, and local labor filings. Overseen benefits execution including medical insurance, workers’ compensation, and paid leave. Completed full procedures for employee termination, resignation processing, and personnel file archiving.
