Role Overview
Responsible for support, documentation, training on, and development and integration of all UAS technology.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide escalated support for UAS products, including video, alarm, video verified, access control and fire alarm products and services.
  • Ability to assist with trouble shooting for internal departments as well as calls from technicians
  • Ability to support and transition large Installation/Service roll outs and projects.
  • Maintain project tracking documentation and spreadsheets for project rollouts and product implementation.
  • Be the subject matter expert in analog/IP video, intrusion, video verified, access control or other products as required.
  • Train internal departments on products and systems as required.
  • Create, update, and maintain technical instructions/manuals to be used by internal departments and field technicians.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or Technical School degree
  • Five years of technical experience with at least two years of video experience or equivalent experience
  • Must have a working knowledge of Wired and Wireless Video Verification as well as Microsoft applications or desire and ability to learn
  • Working knowledge of PC's and Windows software
  • Bilingual a Plus

Work Requirements:
  • Position could be required for site visits to assist in the field as needed.
  • Position requires after hour on call technical support to assist National technicians.
  • Overnight and/or multiple day travel may be required at times.
