Summary Join our team as a Security Officer, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, controlling access, and ensuring the safety of the premises through vigilant patrols and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • 3rd shift front lobby/concierge support.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty.
  • Assist with directions and general business information as needed.
  • Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
  • Conduct patrols and stand post outside, observing and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Conduct extensive patrols (up to 10 miles per day) to guard against theft and ensure safety.
  • Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record data for management review.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to maintain security and order.
