About the Role:
The Overnight Security position is critical to maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors during non-business hours. This role involves vigilant monitoring of the facility to prevent unauthorized access, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. The security professional will serve as the first line of defense against potential security threats, providing peace of mind to all stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with emergency services and internal teams to coordinate responses when incidents occur. Ultimately, the Overnight Security officer helps uphold the integrity and safety of the healthcare environment, contributing to uninterrupted care and operational continuity.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in security, preferably in a healthcare or similar environment.
- Ability to work overnight shifts and remain alert for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures and safety protocols.
- Clear background check and eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
