Unarmed Security Officer - Residential Community
Pay: $14/hr
Location: Houston, TX 77066 (Champions / FM1960 West Area)
Schedule: Full-Time, Overnight, 40 hours/week 
  • Sunday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
  • Monday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
  • Tuesday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
  • Wednesday:10:00PM - 6:00AM
  • Thursday: 10:00PM - 6:00AM
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Security Officer to provide security services within a residential community. In this role, you will conduct golf cart and foot patrols, monitor resident and visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct vehicle and foot patrols throughout a gated residential community
  • Monitor resident and visitor traffic entering the property
  • Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed
  • Respond to resident complaints, disturbances, and suspicious activity
  • Conduct perimeter checks of community amenities, parking areas, and common spaces
  • Complete detailed Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence
  • Contact law enforcement, fire, or EMS personnel when emergency situations arise
Requirements: 
  • Active Level II NonCommissioned Security License
  • Active Drivers License with a clean Driving Record
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts
