Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Every other weekend required
Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years of recent Telemetry experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an observation unit setting.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for patients.
- Float to other Med-Surg units as needed, including Stroke, Cardiac, and Respiratory units.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in patient care.
Compliance / Notes
- Taking call is a rare occurrence.
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission.
- Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours during the 13-week contract.
