This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus to welcome new therapists onboard.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that align with best practices in therapeutic care.
• Provide evidence-based therapy through virtual sessions, employing a range of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches, to effectively address clients' unique challenges.
• Engage collaboratively with a team of case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care that fosters holistic healing.
• Offer crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, skillfully utilizing your training to offer brief, impactful support during critical moments.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives aimed at improving mental health literacy and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Our therapists serve a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This diversity enhances your clinical experience and enables you to develop culturally relevant interventions and improve client outcomes.

• An active and independent license as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to establish genuine rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with diverse populations.
• Strong organizational skills, ensuring timely documentation and management of client records.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with teletherapy platforms is highly desirable.
• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or individuals with severe mental illnesses can enhance your suitability for this role.
