Job description

Everforth ECS is seeking a Radar Systems Engineer to work in Moorestown, NJ. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
The Radar Systems Engineer will support radar programs through radar system analysis, requirements development, architecture definition, modeling, verification planning, and subsystem integration. The engineer will contribute to the design, assessment, and validation of advanced radar capabilities, including signal processing, AESA radar functions, beam-forming concepts, and end-to-end system performance. This role requires close coordination with systems, software, hardware, integration, and test teams to ensure radar system requirements are properly defined, traced, verified, and delivered in accordance with program objectives.
  • Support the development, integration, and sustainment of complex systems across the full engineering lifecycle
  • Perform modeling, simulation, and technical analysis using MATLAB
  • Develop, analyze, decompose, and trace system requirements
  • Support system architecture, trade studies, and technical baseline development
  • Participate in integration, verification, validation, and test activities
  • Partner with software, hardware, and test teams to evaluate system performance and resolve technical issues
  • Contribute to technical documentation, engineering reviews, and program deliverables
  • Support work in secure, highly collaborative, multidisciplinary engineering environments
