Job Description

Job Duties:
Provide technical support by managing service requests through an IT service management (ITSM) ticketing system, responding to customer needs, and troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and structured cabling using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment. Perform work inside prison and jail environments. building infrastructure, including telecommunications rooms, ceilings, crawl spaces, and utility areas. Safely perform duties in challenging environments that may include adverse weather, extreme temperatures, confined or unsanitary spaces, and elevated work requiring ladders or aerial lifts, while adhering to all institutional security procedures, safety regulations, and organizational standards.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
You are comfortable troubleshooting PCs, printers, network connectivity, and peripheral devices independently.
You'd be a GREAT fit if:
You have 1 year wage earning experience installing, testing, and troubleshooting network cabling, data drops, and network infrastructure, including racks, patch panels, switches, and related equipment.
