  • Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes, reduce friction, and create scalable automation patterns.

AI Enablement & Adoption

  • Develop use cases, templates, prompts, and reusable enablement assets that improve employee productivity.
  • Train and coach business users on responsible, effective, and practical AI usage.

Platform Integration
  • Integrate Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Platform, and Databricks solutions into cohesive business workflows.
  • Build and maintain connectors, APIs, and workflow integrations between business applications and AI-powered solutions.
  • Support deployment, testing, and operational rollout of AI agents and automations developed by the Analytics organization.

  • Partner with IT, Information Security, Legal, and Data Governance teams to maintain appropriate controls and documentation.
  • Support monitoring, auditing, exception handling, and lifecycle management for deployed automation and AI solutions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current on Microsoft AI, Copilot, Power Platform, enterprise automation, and LLM-enabled productivity technologies.
  • Help establish practical standards, reusable patterns, and documentation for AI and automation delivery across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in automation engineering, business systems, analytics engineering, data analytics, or a related technical role.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and/or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience designing workflow automations, business process improvements, or system integrations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language or scripting language, such as Python.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Preferred
  • Experience with Databricks, Lakehouse architecture, or modern analytics platforms.
  • Experience deploying Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or LLM-enabled workflow solutions.
  • Experience integrating APIs, enterprise applications, data platforms, and business productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts, prompt engineering, RAG-enabled solutions, or agentic workflows.
  • Experience supporting analytics, ecommerce, retail, sales, or consumer products organizations.
  • Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Azure, or AI-related certifications.
