Monitors and ensures effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes, and develops and implements action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved. Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties, providing recognition, setting clear expectations, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Recruits and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential. Coordinates and oversees jobโ€related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.
